I have 2 ongoing projects. My old house in Irondequoit and an old commercial bldg with apts.on Park Ave. I am a retired fire restoration contractor but occasionally take work. there’s various tasks; a few hours here and there on jobs like. Cleaning gutters, minor exterior paint, spreading dirt, basement clean out, ( assist me on trade work ). Some experience required but most importantly is your willingness to work. Candidate needs to have transportation, basic hand tools, Candidate also MUST be on time to work and dress in work appropriate clothes. No shorts, no sag bustin, goofy shoes. Helper will be paid in cash $ 18/hr daily. This work will be scheduled by project not a 40 hr work week. I need help 2 days this week then 2-3 days per week through out May.
