$500 Sign on Bonus. Spray Foam Insulation company seeking employees willing to help with: Spray foam insulation, prep, install and clean up. Blown in fiberglass, prep, install and clean up. Fiberglass batting, prep, install and clean up. Must be willing to learn and retain information. General knowledge of construction and how to use tools is a plus but not a must. Must be presentable and wear company shirts. Must have a valid drivers license, working cell phone and RELIABLE transportation. We will provide you with necessary training. Provide you with company apparel, $180 work boot credit and work clothing credit. We have three companies so hours are never lacking if desired. A construction company, insulation company and dumpster rental company. Hourly pay plus bonuses based on daily performance. Additional Compensation: Bonuses based on performance.
