Cabinet Installation Teams Needed

JOB DESCRIPTION D12 Commercial Interiors is currently searching for commercial cabinet installation crews nationally. At D12 we provide design, manufacturing and installation solutions for our commercial real estate clients. Most projects typically have about 200 units. Requirements Must meet most or all of the following criteria: • 3 Years+ of experience in the installation of multifamily cabinets and/or countertops • Familiarity with ready-to-assemble ("flat pack") cabinetry and/or granite/quartz countertops • References from previous multifamily projects • General Liability and Workers Comp insurance • Provide your own tools • Reliable transportation and the ability to mobilize along with a small crew for out-of-town projects • Forklift and safety (OSHA) certification • Physical ability to meet the demands of the job which often include lifting 75 pounds or more • English-speaking Foreman with the ability to: o Complete Field Reports, o Read blueprints and shop drawings o Understand work orders, change orders, and jobsite documentation • General Liability and Workers Comp insurance • Ability to complete the installation of 3-4 complete apartment units per day including all punch work
