Hello! We are a family owned and operated farm located outside of Phoenix, OR and looking to add to our team! We are primarily known for our Annual Harvest Festival in the fall, we host weddings and music events, and now selling starts in the spring. Needless to say, we keep ourselves busy. We are looking for one to two highly motivated individuals to help out with daily projects and upkeep of the farm. Job Info: - Ideal individual will be hard working, responsible, respectful and professional. - Must work well with others. - Basic knowledge of construction, irrigation, and farming practices needed - Small and large engine maintenance knowledge a plus - Welding experience a plus as we have a lot of old farm equipment - Tractor experience a plus - MUST BE PUNCTUAL - Must have valid drivers license and pass background check. - We work a typical 40HR week. - Currently working Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Hours change during the month of October with Harvest Festival) - Must be okay with working in the elements. We work February through December! - Job does require physical activity - Equal opportunity employer - Compensation is based on experience and will be determined after a trial period - Starting wage is $15-$17/hour As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire long term employees that are motivated and eager to grow with the company and learn new skills. Individuals with less experience will be trained accordingly. As the farm grows, employees with more experience will be given the opportunity to step into new roles as they arise.
