Experienced Cleaner needed for Apartment Turn-Overs

We are losing our long-term turnover cleaning team at the complex, so I am seeking dependable cleaners to keep on hand. This job is a perfect side gig! Cleanings can be scheduled for nights and weekends. Our turnovers are currently only a couple a month. However, our busiest weeks this year will be July 24th to August 6th, so we will need flexibility during this time. Cleanings can still be done in the evening, but I will need to schedule each unit on a specific day to make the process go smoothly. It is preferred that you have all supplies necessary. This includes cleaning supplies, vacuum, mop, rags, etc., but we would be happy to supplement when needed. Please take a look at our task description and compensation.
