Apple Valley Mountain Village consists of our general store, a premium outdoor outfitter, and cafe. Peaceful Side Social Brewery + Craft Kitchen is the newest addition to the Oldham Hospitality family - recently completed in late summer of 2021, it is Townsend’s newest restaurant and is expanding in 2022. We are looking for an experienced and team oriented candidate to join our growing staff. We are open year round, and offer premium amenities and services in our lodging, restaurants, and retail spaces.We are currently accepting resumes for a full time Facilities Team MemberResponsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintaining and caring for grounds, guest areas, walking trails, roads, and mulching flower beds Assisting with set up and break down of events - moving chairs, tables, heaters, and event equipment as directed Maintaining and providing basic repairs and cleaning as necessary to service vehicles Working with tools and supplies necessary to complete projects Maintaining established safety procedures at all times and comply with access control regulations Conducting preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment across the properties Team members work in both indoor and outdoor settings year round, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and operate a vehicle.A prime candidate is an individual with these qualifications High school diploma/GED required Ability to work evenings and weekends as assigned Must have the ability to climb heights, lift up to 50 lbs. and scale ladders regularly.
