This spring rumble is a great primer for the National Championships coming up in July and an excellent way to expand your knowledge with some of the best in our state and led by some of the best in our region! ALL athletes will be required to bring all requried safety gear, Head gear (white/ed or blue) leg and arm guards, Daedo footgloves (any generation), Mouthguard, Gloves (not required), and Groin/cup (boys required). FULL uniform and equipment must be UNDER your equipment. The fights will be laid out as follows:  Experience will be the only thing that counts - self identify as 'beginner, intermediate, or advanced' and you'll be organized at the event into fights as you desire. ALL fights will be JUNIOR SAFETY RULES to encourage comfort and ease people back into fighting again. Fights will be 3 one-minute rounds with a 30 second rests - regardless of level. Center Referees and Corner Judges will be there and will be trained but - be advised - it's been at least 2 years for them since their last ring experience as well. Coaches will have 2 challenges per fight. Gold, Silver, and 2 Bronze medals will be given in each division - The philosophy of this event will be COLLABORATE, DON'T CONTAMINATE. Check your egos and work WITH us to help bring Taekwondo back! Masks are not required but won't be discouraged.
