I have female blue Indian Ringneck Parrot,1.5 years old. Sold to me as hand raised but I can only pat her through the cage. She's very pretty, talks and dances. May make a good breeder to someone who is going to look after her properly. Or an aviary bird. I love her, only selling because I just don't have the time to give her the love and attention she wants. I thought I was purchasing a handle able, hand raised bird. Very sad sale for me.
