Housekeeper – Full Time (Brandon/Valrico Area) We are accepting applications and resumes for a Housekeeper who: - Must be able to work 40 hours a week with possible overtime if needed. Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM. - Has experience cleaning vacant apartments to get them ready for move-ins, which includes but not limited to, living area, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, cabinets, flooring, light fixtures, etc. - Can clean and sanitize all areas of the leasing office and fitness center. - Can clean common areas on the property including but not limited to, swimming pool, laundry center, pet area, parking lot, sidewalks, stairwells and breezeway areas. - Can keep track of cleaning supply inventory. Making sure everything is re-stocked according to cleaning needs. - Can work in a fast-paced environment. - Has reliable transportation. - Is a team player and is customer service oriented with a strong attention to detail.
