The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of maintenance and cleanliness, able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, and is eager to learn. (808)877-5556 Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm Location Kihei, Maui Pay $16 an hour Responsibilities Maintain property in a clean, appealing, and safe condition. Support the Property Manager and all maintenance personnel. General knowledge on using various cleaning equipment and tools (i.e., wet/dry vacuum, etc.). Clean yards, patios, balconies, storage areas, garages, buildings, sidewalks, pavements, stairs, light fixtures, trash enclosures, oil spills, etc. Remove trash and/or items left behind. Inspect property on a daily basis. Handle landscaping needs in the absence of a lawn care contractor. Communicate with office staff ensuring seamless operations, and attend monthly meetings. Abide by all company policies outlined in the manual. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Possess basic knowledge of maintenance and cleanliness.
