Come learn about the CAP Cadet Program, a year-round STEM-focused leadership activity where teen cadets get to actually fly small airplane!
The CAP Cadet Program is a year-round STEM-focused activity where teenaged cadets get to actually fly small airplanes and gliders, and launch model rockets. They also fly quadcopters (aka "drones") and radio-controlled model airplanes, while also learning to lead, hike, camp, get in shape and push themselves physically and academically to higher limits! All cadets have the opportunity to earn FULL flight scholarships to earn their Private Pilot's License for FREE!
If you or your teenage children/grand-children are college or career bound and are dreaming about a career in aviation (on Earth on in Space), a career in the military, a civilian STEM career -- or if you want to mentor teens who do -- then the volunteer Civil Air Patrol is for you!
