An evening with Chef, Author and Amherst native, Nyanyika Banda who will be signing their new Wakanda Cookbook. Acclaimed Chef and Author Nyanyika Banda is celebrating the release of Marvel’s Black Panther: The Official Black Panther. The book features 70 recipes curated to fit the fictional nation of Wakanda. It is a celebration of foods of the African Diaspora and a story within a story. Banda will be giving a reading and discussion of how they came up with the cuisine for Wakanda. Refreshments will be served.
