We have an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Grounds Person at a high end residential community until the end of October. Duties include: - Patrol grounds for trash and debris in the landscape beds and on walkways. (Interior and exterior perimeter of grounds) - Blow walkways of debris (electric blower) - Empty outdoor dog waste receptacles - Maintain roped off area's cleanliness and aesthetic (Dog control, resting & recovering turf, flower beds, etc..) - Water grounds as needed manually using hoses, adjustable sprinklers, and water wand. (Central focus will be the Boulevard entrance from Queens Blvd and the Circle lawn at the center of property) - Dead head seasonal flowers and detail landscape beds of debris on days the contractor is not scheduled. - Maintain dog friendly areas daily; wash synthetic turf as needed, pick up leaf debris and trash. - Small enhancement projects.
