Description

The Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, often called forest bathing, is the simple and therapeutic act of spending time in a forest. The practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing, helps to boost immunity and mental strength as well as offers us the opportunity to deepen our relationship with the natural world. Come and learn about our woody plant collection and spend time in our peaceful gardens. The event will be held outdoors in the arboretum at the USU Botanical Center and will occur rain or shine. Ticket required for admission. Tickets are non-refundable. Please wear appropriate footwear and dress appropriately for weather conditions as you will be walking through the arboretum. $5 discount for USU Garden Members.
