Guitarist ISO other musicians for new band

Ideally looking for a 3 or 4 piece with adding a bassist who can sing and a drummer or a bassist, drummer, and vocalist. I'm 43, been playing guitar since I was 11, have pro gear, transportation, previous band experience, etc. I don't have an aim for a sound I'm going for (although I'm aiming for the rock-ish side), I just like to take everyone's influences and see what happens in the writing process.
