Harris Building Solutions is NOW HIRING for a Job Site Supervisor! Responsibilities Required: • Supervise sub-contractors by selecting and evaluating them, as well as monitoring their performance. • Travel to and supervise multiple sites during the course of the day • Prevent interruptions and fines by enforcing and fulfilling codes • Management and safety of construction projects • Planning, organizing, and controlling projects, including materials, equipment, and personnel • Evaluate blueprints and schematics to determine daily work activities • Ensure projects stay within budget • Liaise with local agencies on permitting and regulations Qualifications and Skills Requirements: • Must be able to drive a truck and pull a trailer behind • Must have a Valid Driver’s License and maintain clean MVR • High School Diploma or GED • Minimum of five years in the construction industry, with some leadership experience • Strong leadership skills • Excellent organization and planning skills • Great verbal and written communication skills • Pay close attention to detail • Computer proficient, with experience in MS Excel, Word.
