The Women's Professional Network presents Sustainable Leadership: Navigating Personal and Professional Boundaries in the WorkplaceMay 25, 2022 6:00-8:00pm di'Vine Wine Bar 1 Market Street Wappingers Falls Speaker: Wendy Maragh Taylor, Associate Dean of the College for Student Growth and Engagement at Vassar College. Thank you to our WPN Member Sponsor: Healing Path to Health (WPN Member Lorraine Cucci). ________________________________________________________________ About the Presentation: How we navigate the workplace as women significantly impacts our sustainability in leadership roles. Critical to this is an awareness of the ways that our personal and professional identities and reputations are developed as we engage in our various roles. Attendees will explore paths to sustainable leadership given the demanding and seemingly all-consuming nature of work. We'll look at workism (the belief that work is the centerpiece of one's existence), and gain insights about our complicated inherited and cultivated tendencies as we venture together on a leadership journey that is sustainable. This is an opportunity to create a framework for leadership that is empowered by intentionality. Participants will have opportunities for individual reflection, small group work to connect with others, and large group discussion on this critical topic. ________________________________________________________________ $8 for WPN Members with Venmo registration and Cost of a dinner. $10 for non-Members with Eventbrite registration only and Cost of a dinner.
