Enter the great silence and learn an ancient meditation form. Zazen (sitting zen). Focus on breath and posture, clear the mind, and be. This workshop will be offered to anyone who wishes to engage in self-compassion. The instructors, Ming Tu and Angela Oh will provide a space for anyone to enter and learn about the form, the way to begin a practice, and a method for gaining greater focus and clarity. There is no experience with meditation needed. Only and open heart and sincere desire to find the calm at the center of chaos.
