A monthly gathering to reduce social isolation for people with mild to moderate memory loss and a support time for family caregivers. HomeWell Care Services and Cogir of San Rafael Invite~ Family Caregivers & their family member with dementia to this no cost support group. Enjoy art, music, games and light refreshments.
