Description
Around 930 pm Tues night a white 2020 Subaru outback driven by Paul Regan was at a stop on the corner of Elm and Main St (114) Goffstown. I was heading west on 114 towards Weare. As my vehicle approached Elm, Mr. Regan suddenly lurched forward striking the side of my van, causing me to jolt hard to the left and then I continued to move forward. I pulled into the Sully's grocery parking lot eyeing my rear view to make sure it was not a hit and run. I was on the phone w 911 at this point. Mr. Regan did not approach me and ask me if I was okay. He did not have any urgency or concern for my welfare at all. When he did exit his vehicle, it was out of the passenger door. He looked at the front of his vehicle and then asked if I had called the police He was defensive and actually blamed me for driving too slow and then speeding up so he misjudged when to pull out. I was flabbergasted by his reasoning. It was so absurd. I was outraged by this and told him I had the right of way. He told me he was tired and just wanted to get home. He asked how long until the police got there, and even went so far as to threaten me when I asked him if he was f'd in the head. It's absolutely beyond belief. There was a vehicle behind him that saw the whole thing. Unfortunately they did not stop. Any one on Main St. that may have witnessed the accident, please contact me and the Goffstown police dept.
Mr. Regan is disputing it was his fault and it's pretty clear what happened. It upsets me to no end that people can be so blatantly negligent with there vehicle, and then have the audacity to blame others when they screw up. My vehicle is my lifeline. I need it for work. Mr. Regan needs to take responsibility for what he did and be a man. Own it sir. The driver of the car behind Mr. Regan's Subaru Outback, Any witnesses w any info, please contact me at
Thank you,
Matthew Dimmitt
