CDL A Truck Drivers, Operators and Supervisors – Summary: > Drive to customer job sites while adhering to all DOT regulations and safety procedures. > Load inventory on trucks and unload. > Operate trucks to pick up and deliver products, supplies and equipment to and from sites. > Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections. > Reports vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations or damage and after route. > Resolve customer service issues. > Plans route to and from destinations and adjusts for traffic. > Ensures that manifests are complete and accurate. > Represent the company to our customers, the public and the trucking industry in a professional manner at all times. > Complete and submit as instructed accurate driver daily logs and all necessary delivery tickets, trip reports and other paperwork required by the company. Requirements: > Drivers must hold a valid Class A CDL with a current medical card. > If you do not have a CDL, you must be willing to obtain one. > Must be able to pass a criminal background and pre-employment drug screening. Schedule, Compensation and Benefits: > 2 weeks on, 1 week off > Starting Compensation: $20-30/hr.
