Do you love good food? Join us for a series of hands-on cooking & nutrition education workshops at the Peter Rubi/XMarket store in Uptown! We will cook dinner together in the commercial kitchen while learning about the whole food, starch-based lifestyle. The food we eat can be enjoyable and serve as a powerful fuel to support our active lifestyle & good health. Learn which health promoting foods both satisfy our hunger drive AND taste delicious.
