WNIJ is hosting a hands-on workshop on how to generate ideas and write a Perspective. You’ve been listening to Perspectives for years and you’ve had an idea or two you wanted to share, but maybe you're not sure of the next step. How do you take your unique perspective and turn it into a 90-second commentary to share with your fellow public radio listers? Join us at our DeKalb studios for a fun, low pressure workshop where we discuss taking your fresh ideas, shaping them, and getting them on the air. We'll bring the coffee, you bring your ideas! We also suggest bringing a notebook to write in, and a sweater in case it's cold in the studio.
