Join us at Kiln Meridian for a 45 minute Barre3 class that will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within. Kiln Meridian is proud to host Barre3 at our location to offer you a FREE Community Pop-Up Class which will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within. This class will also feature SoundOff headset technology to provide an immersive fitness experience. This class is 45 minutes. Bring a water bottle, and clothes you can move in. Mats will be provided. Class will take place on Level 3 of the building, in the Atrium.
