Position details: Component Technician Mon-Fri 7:00-3:30pm $17.50-$18.00 Associate technician performs minor routine service functions including cleaning, disassembling, and preparing assemblies and subcomponents in accordance with written specifications and procedures before and after overhaul. Incumbent reviews work orders and manuals to ensure specifications; Performs visual inspection of acceptable standards before continuing in the overhaul process; Completes documents and forms in accordance with the work task performed. Keeps area clean and organized. Follows company procedures. HS Diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of hand tool operation. Able to perform basic math functions. Able to read and interpret manuals and drawings. Able to read, write, and understand English. Must be able to work under time constraints; Must be organized. Inspector Associate Mon-Fri 7:00-3:30pm $17.50-$18.00 The Inspector Associate assists in the inspection of assemblies (life rafts, slides and floats). Duties include reading and interpreting manuals and drawings, enter information into database, perform visual test of unit, clean parts, and assist in the opening of inflatables, complete documents and record tasks performed. HS Diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of hand tool operation. Able to perform basic math functions. Able to read and interpret manuals and drawings. Able to read, write, and understand English. Must be able to work under time constraints; Must be organized; Must have attentional to detail; Able to exert muscle force to life, push, pull or carry, Able to stand and walk for long periods; Able to bend, stoop, squat, push and pull, must be able to work in a team environment Inflatable Technician (safety sensitive function) Mon-Fri 7:00-3:30pm $18.50-$19.00 Works under supervision of department lead in the repackaging of inflatable assemblies in accordance with written procedures and specifications. Performs duties such as lifting, pulling, pushing, and tugging in order to repackage articles. Uses appropriate tools when necessary. Measures dimensions and/or use templates to verify specified dimensions or settings to meet OEM guidelines. Able to read and interpret manuals and drawings. Able to perform basic math skills. Able to read, write, and understand English. Able to see at close range. Must be able to exert muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry. Able to stand and walk for long periods. Able to frequently bend, stoop, squat, push, and pull. Must be able to work in a team environment. Shipping Associate Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00pm $17.00 per hour Shipping Associate is responsible for receiving and shipping assemblies. Receiving duties include receiving packages delivered at the receiving dock. Visually evaluating package is not damaged and insures safety caps and cartridges are shunned for safety before releasing from receiving dock. Scanning the purchase order and entering the data into database. Shipping duties include packaging, affixing shipping labels on cartons or tags to identify shipping information, produce HAZMAT documentation, tagging and storage of customer containers. Keeps area clean and organized. Follows company procedures. HS diploma or equivalent. 1 year prior related work experience. Able to lift up to 75 lbs. Must be able to read, write, and understand English. CAD Engineer $27-$29 per hour 7:30am-4:00pm CAD/ Engineer will develop drawings of PMA components and coordinate submittal packets to FAA for certification. Duties include Reverse engineer FAA-PMA components, create drawings in both 2 and 3 dimensional form, prepare qualification test procedures/plans, perform equipment and material test studies, write qualification test report, write FAA project specification certification plan, write/update manufacturing orders, write/update weld schedules, use tools to measure and verify parts, operate as a team member Bachelor’s degree in engineering, two years of related experience highly preferred, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, both verbal and written, proficient SOLIDWORKS, and MS suite Data Entry $17.00 per hour 7:30am-4:00pm Admin Specialist I inputs numerical and alphabetical information into database within set procedures. Verifies accuracy of entered information before releasing to production. Other duties include: Performing clerical duties and researching information through simple calls to other personnel within the department. High School Diploma or equivalent; Six months previous experience entering information into computer; Able to type 35 wpm; Knowledge of Microsoft outlook; Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers; Able to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and written; Ability to arrange things in a certain order according to rules; Carry out duties within prescribed timelines; Must carry out duties with detail and thoroughness; Able to work in a close-knit team environment where attitude and work ethic matter. Reception/Front Office $17.50-$18.00 per hour 7:30-4:00pm The Front Office Associate is responsible for handling front office and clerical activities. Duties include answer and disseminate incoming calls, greet visitors, and creating electronic records of paper documents. Position will Input tracking numbers into database and operate office equipment. HS diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year previous clerical experience. Knowledge of Microsoft outlook; Ability to operate a computer and scanner; Able to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and written, friendly and approachable personality.
