Press release from the Town of Plymouth: December 9, 2020 Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection Notice of Hearing: Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Transmittal # X287076 Notice is hereby given that application has been made on behalf of the Town of Plymouth for the approval of the Department of Environmental Protection for the Town of Plymouth to acquire certain lands or rights to land in Plymouth and Kingston for public water supply protection purposes, said land in question being identified as a portion of Parcel 107-000-009-000U in Plymouth, located off of Plymouth Street, and a portion of Map 110, Lot 10 in Kingston, located off Parting Ways Road. In response to said application, the Department of Environmental Protection acting under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40, Section 39B and Section 41, as amended and each and every other act thereto enabling, will hold a hearing via Zoom on Wednesday, December 23, 2020. The hearing will begin at 10:00 AM.
