Logistics Manager Harmony is seeking a Logistics Manager for our office located in Braintree, MA. This position supports the team by managing all aspects of inbound and outbound shipping/receiving including but not limited to tracking, tracing, warehouse receiving and documentation, and furniture deliveries in the Northeast. Job Responsibilities: • Track and Trace shipments using PRO#’s, Bills of Lading, or FedEx Tracking information provided by Project Managers on the Harmony Weekly report. Provide updates on ETA’s to Project Management staff. • Receive Inbound Warehouse shipments, ensuring product is fully inspected upon receipt and in good condition. Responsible for properly documenting paperwork to capture any freight damages. Filing/following up on any necessary freight claims or replacement product needed. • Unload inbound trucks using forklift as necessary. Unpackage, remove debris and reload Harmony vehicles for delivery out to customers. Assemble furniture in preparation for delivery to client. • Maintain and record changes to Harmony warehouse inventory. Work with management to replenish warehouse stock when inventory is low. • Responsible for maintaining and keeping clean The Harmony Warehouse and equipment. This includes the Sprinter, Box Truck, and Forklift and SUV. Ensure all vehicles are free of debris after each delivery. • Schedule Labor for local deliveries with PeopleReady • Deliver all outbound fabric for projects to FedEx location for outbound shipping Job Requirements: • Reliable Car and Clean Driving Record • Ability to lift, push, or pull items over 50lbs • Medical Card for operation of a DOT vehicle • Forklift Certification • Experience with Warehousing/Shipping & Receiving Harmony Contract Furniture is a Greater Boston contract furniture company that provides commercial furniture to various industries.
