We are a Houston based Repo company and have an immediate opening for an office assistant Monday- Friday from 9am-4pm. We encourage both MEN and WOMEN to apply. *Must have drivers license, transportation and cell phone *Must have no theft related or serious criminal background *Must be drug free *Once trained you must be able to work independently and be a problem solver *Must have basic computer knowledge, data entry, scanner, printer ect... This job will require you to be outside on our lot to meet transporters, debtors and obtain signatures and ensure that you work with the lot attendant in organizing items taken out of vehicles. Organize vehicles on the lot and identify them. The lot attendant will do most of the heavy lifting and physical work as you oversee it is properly organized. You have to be an emotionally tough person to do this job. We repo cars so the people that you engage on a daily basis will sometimes be hard to deal with. Remember this is not an office only job, you will be in and out of the office all day. This job is also 1099 - meaning you will get paid in full and be responsible for your own taxes at the end of the year. The hours of work will be 35 hours a week from 9am-4pm Monday Thru Friday You will be dealing with other peoples property on a daily basis so you must be Trustworthy.
