Benefits: • $16-$20 per hour (higher for crew leaders) • $1200.00 sign on bonus • $1200.00 bonus if you refer a new employee • Benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, 401K) • Quarterly bonus opportunity • Monday – Friday with overtime opportunity Job Description: • Install, remove, and replace siding on structure exteriors in a safe manner • Install flashing, fascia, and gutters • Occasional heavy lifting • Maintain clean job site • Ability to follow instruction from crew leaders Qualifications: • Must have valid driver’s license • Must be able to move and lift-up to 80 pounds • Must be able to drive to job site or carpool area • Knowledge of basic hand tools/power tools • Strong attention to detail • Clear communication skills
