Relive the hey-day of the Palm Springs Speakeasy experience located in the historic, hidden open air 2nd Floor at the Palm Springs Cultural Center. Spend your Tuesday evenings with locally acclaimed Entertainer/Jazz Vocalist Leanna and Miguel on Congas/Percussion - a husband and wife duo not to be missed, along with special guests. Every week a different musical experience. With a mix of straight ahead jazz favorites from the 1930s to today, sit back, listen, and dine on the tantalizing fusion flavors of the exclusive menu created specially for the VIP Lounge: “Fries and Flights” cuisine - a gourmet array of a Flight of three different tantalizing, savory flavored tapas of fries perfectly paired with three locally sourced and imported beers and/or boutique wines, while you listen to the sultry voice of Leanna bringing you the best of Straight Ahead Jazz, Bossa Nova, and Latin Jazz - from the Great American Songbook and beyond. Mildred's Enjoy a full happy hour menu from our film noir cafe- Mildred's- one of the highlights are the crispy delight of our signature fries dressed up with a complimentary flight of housemade dipping sauces. Pair them with our flight of the week featuring distinct reds, cooling whites, and craft brew. Full bar available. Two Drink Minimum* Reservations Highly Recommended- space is limited, book early. Patrons are seated on a first come- first seated basis and seating is supper club style. Reservations are good until 5:15 pm unless staff has been notified. *Two Drink Minimum- Upon arrival- at concessions you will have the opportunity to purchase drink tokens to cover the two-drink minimum requirement. Guests can use these tokens at this event or use them at any event following when the bar is open. Each person, in each party, is resposible for respecting the 2 drink minimum. This allows us to cover talent and service for this unique evening. Tokens can be used for the flight of the week- which can include red or white wine, and/ or beer. Tokens can be pre purchased at a discout when you make your reservation by clicking the "drink" token tickets.
