Need Drummer for Americana Band

Americana covers/originals band seeking drummer. We currently have a lead singer who plays rhythm, a bass player, a female singer who plays fiddle, a lead guitarist who sings, a pedal steel player, and a departing drummer (job taking all his time). Covers in the genre of: Turnpike Troubadours, Ryan Adams and the Cardinals, The Jayhawks, Band of Horses, Sturgil Simpson, Brandi Carlile, Chris Stapleton, and Tyler Childers If this sounds interesting, please send video of your previous experience. Video required for audition consideration. I will provide video in return. We are a group of focused but open minded semi-pro over-40 musicians interested in interpreting covers, not necessarily playing like the original artist. Melody-driven songs and a focus on a polished live show. We are also writing original songs collaboratively. Need to be cool and comfortable in front of a large audience. We play out on the northwest side of the city and various suburbs about once a month. Practice is once a week in a private monthly space. Looking for someone with experience who can commit to those weekly rehearsals and focus on learning and creatively collaborating on originals.
