Learn the baisc of water bath canning. Participants will get hands on experience through canning tomatoes. This workshop is designed for those who wish to gain knowledge on how to safely can high acid and acidified foods. Participants will learn the basic knowledge of boiling water canning. Participants will learn how to can tomatoes through a hands on canning demonstration.
