Start early, around 9 am, on Thursday or Friday (April 28th or 29th). Please read and accept the following before replying. First to be done: Things gathered and taken to the dumpster. If just one person, should be around 4~6 trips. Is not a lot. The apartment is on the third floor, though, so be in good health. Next be done: Moving things to the car. Not tons of stuff, should take around 10~12 trips. If you have a dolly and some extra bins to bring, this may be very helpful for you. Moving from 3rd floor is not easy. The last thing will be a big rug, rolled up, moved to the car and put on the roof. I'm 57 years old, by the way, had an accident and really not able to lift heavy things. Though I'd like to help here and there, I'm pretty much useless, I hope you understand... Last to be done is the cleaning: Cleaning the walls, doors, and ceilings very well in two rooms, bedroom and bathroom. Smoking was done in these rooms, not the other rooms, so deep cleaning needs to be done in those two rooms. Not very difficult, just a lot of repetition to get the surfaces back to original clean state. Please bring any cleaning things that may help you. I have only a few essentials. All surfaces and floors need to be cleaned in the other rooms as well, but nothing is so dirty, pretty easy.... All in all, I figured this should take 6~7 hours. $150 is about $20 an hour. It's a very fair wage because I need the apartment cleaned very well to get my deposit back. Please understand the importance of this and please follow through for me....
