Long Beach City College will be hosting an in-person Commencement this year for the Graduating Class of 2022, 2021 and 2020! We will be recognizing students who are in the graduating Class of 2022 and those who missed an in-person ceremony from the Class of 2020 & 2021. This promises to be a great big fun event for family and friends to witness! The Commencement Ceremony will be streamed LIVE for those who cannot physically attend this year's event. LBCC 2022 Commencement Thurs., June 9 | 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. | Vet's Stadium Stadium Seating is based on a first-come, first-serve basis.Parking is free in Veteran's StadiumVeteran's Stadium prohibits the following items: • High heeled shoes - wedges are ok • Chewing gum • Balloons • On-site food preparation • BBQ’s: Charcoal or Gas, no open flame • Drone aircraft • Food or drink other than water • Confetti and or Confetti Cannons • Fireworks, including poppers • Duct tape or tape of any kind • Noise makers, air horns ***Spectators are not permitted on the track or the field during the event. ***Bag search will be conducted at Stadium Entry Points. __________________________________________________________________________________________ The most current COVID safety precautions will be observed.
