Join us for a morning of slowing down, and exploring mindfulness tools to help build resilience and set stronger boundaries.
Perhaps you are totally committed to the work you are doing, you believe in your mission here on this earth, but have you noticed an imbalance in your work vs. non-work connections? Are you finding yourself nearing overwhelm? In this 3-hour reset, be guided through slow and deep breathing to get out of your head - away from your to-do lists - and into your body.
Bring your journal.
We provide a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket.
1. You'll be guided to practice 2,4,6,8 breathing, square breathing, and awareness of your natural breath
2. You'll explore the one limiting belief and one loose boundary that may have contributed to your current overwhelm
3. You'll be guided into a deep, full-body scanning practice to close our time together
4. We'll close with yin yoga, beginner-friendly, meditative stretching
5. Vegan lunch is provided
