Richland County Community Development will host a series of events around Richland County to include citizen's participation.
The purpose of these public hearings is to gather information on needs and requests for financial assistance for programs and activities for funding under the County’s Five-Year Consolidated Plan for FY 2022-2026, Annual Action Plan for 2022 and HOME ARP Allocation Plan which the County will submit to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) Funds, and HOME-ARP Funds.
All interested residents are encouraged to attend this public hearing and they will be given the opportunity to present oral or written testimony concerning the needs of Richland County and the use of CDBG, HOME and HOME-ARP funds to address those needs over the next five (5) years.
