Learn how to make basic pasta dough! This recipe allows you to make dozens of pasta shapes, including ravioli. Participants will learn to make pasta dough from scratch. All equipment and ingredients are provided, including a take-home recipe. Tasting of the final product is included. Please, bring a hair tie or restraint. Remove all jewelry before the class starts. Class is limited to 10 participants.
