Local and family owned Property Management Company seeking an ambitious, responsible, trustworthy maintenance technician/handyman to join our team. If you consider yourself, a Jack/Jill-Of-All Trades who enjoys providing excellent customer service while ensuring a safe and well maintained environment for your residents and owners this is the perfect position for you. Responsibilities & Duties include but not limited to: • General maintenance and repair of our Residential, Commercial and Condominium buildings. • Light plumbing: installing faucets, toilets, shower heads, garbage disposals, dishwashers, drain cleaning, and general troubleshooting of leaks and repairs • Light electrical: installing light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets, switches, and general trouble shooting of problems and repairs • Light carpentry: baseboards, trim, quarter-round, cabinet repair etc. • Minor appliance repairs: refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, etc. • HVAC trouble shooting and minor repairs: air condition and heating systems • General maintenance, repair and/or replacement of interior and exterior doors, blinds, screens, shower rods, door locks and keys • Respond to work/maintenance requests from residents and owners in a timely manner • Apartment turns: assist the Property Manager with any maintenance, repairs, painting, patching, caulking that is needed • Assist Management with the completion of property improvements, commercial office build outs and on- going real estate development projects • Assist Property Manager with the outside building maintenance, snow removal and light landscaping Requirements: • High School Diploma • Valid driver’s license • Cell phone for use • Basic set of tools (Ansay Development will supply other necessary tools and equipment) • Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience with a multifamily/Residential property or equivalent experience. • Experience with Commercial properties and Condominiums is strongly preferred but not required. Hours: • Full time/ 40 hours per week • Normal hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 5PM. • Occasional weekends required for apartment turns • Occasional after-hours emergency calls Compensation: -Negotiable/ based on experience & skills –willing to adequately compensate applicants who possess experience and skills in all maintenance and repair areas. -Insurance & benefits package Ansay Development Corporation is a development company headquartered in Port Washington, Wisconsin along Harbor Square on Lake Michigan. **We are looking to fill this position immediately.
