Shop located in Concord looking for subcontractors with a C15 - Flooring Contractors license. We are looking for people who can install carpet, hard surface, vinyl, etc. We do work all around the Bay Area, mostly Walnut Creek, Brentwood, and Pleasant Hill but sometimes as far as Oakland or Vacaville.
