Carpenter/handyman project - need to make temporary easel next week

We need a handman or carpenter to help us procure the wood and put together a 8'x8' plywood easel to be used as a temporary structure for a local painter to create a mural on. We estimate that it will require two sheets of 4'x8' plywood and a number of 2x4's to create the "A" structure holding up the plywood - but very straightforward. The biggest part of this is that we need someone to procure these materials on our behalf, deliver them to the site of our installation (Sue Bierman Park right next to the Embarcadero) on Monday, May 2nd at 9 a.m., construct the easel/mural structure on site, then remove it altogether (and recycle it, or whatever) on Wednesday, May 4th at 5 p.m. If you are qualified to do that, please send us an all-in bid for the cost to do this project, including your time to drop and pick up, the materials, and labor time to construct it. This is for a non-profit project so we are looking for the very best price, but also looking for a reliable on-time individual who knows how to make this happen.
