RESPONSIBILITIES
The principal responsibility of the installer shall consist of, but not limited to the following:
Responsible for successful completion of assigned tasks, duties delegated by the crew lead in completion of fencing projects.
Review projects with crew lead while maintain verbal communication
Comply with All Company Policies & procedures.
Establish and maintain the Company’s image in a professional manner.
DUTIES
These duties may include:
-Digging and setting posts, mixing concrete, stretching fabric, tying fabric, welding sleeves, installation of barbed wire and razor ribbon.
-Installation of ornamental iron posts and panels.
-Installation of gate posts, gates and the use of all miscellaneous hardware.
-Loading and unloading vehicles.
-The use of all tools required for the installer position.
-Checking of inventoried materials against work orders to make sure everything is accounted for the project. The successful equivalent of fence installation and processes.
Successful completion of job also requires the following duties:
-Maintain established schedules and job time frames
-Ensure highest degree of quality in the fencing trade
-Complete projects in the most cost-efficient manner
-Maintain all safety requirements on the job
-Be able to lift a minimum of 50#
- Be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Be able to bend/stoop maneuver on different terrains
- Have a valid California drivers license with no blemishes
-Have documentation for being able to work in the USA
