Recycling Zone has open positions at our Martinez location. We are looking for dedicated, organized, and friendly individuals willing to work and learn with a small team of knowledgeable employees.
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
1. Punctual
2. Can stand on your feet for a full 8-hour shift
3. Dependable
4. Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.
5. Work every Saturday
6. Able to work in all weather conditions
7. Reliable transportation as we are not close to public transportation
8. Good customer service skills
9. Must have current/valid state issued picture ID and proof you can work
10. Comfortable getting dirty
We would prefer the following, but will train the right candidate:
1. Forklift knowledge or being open to learning how to drive a forklift
2. Bilingual a plus
3. Computer knowledge
4. Comfortable handling money
5. Familiarity with recycling and/or scrap
6. Comfort handling tools
