The Job: Do you enjoy hands-on tasks such as painting, repairing, and general maintenance? Are you familiar with HVAC troubleshooting and wiring diagrams? If so, come join our fun, motivating team! You will be a key team player in the Facilities Department handling routine building maintenance tasks in areas such as plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems. The Perks: • Free membership at our award-winning fitness center The Core Duties: • Perform a variety of preventative maintenance, building and property repair and improvement projects • Perform a variety of facilities requests, including picture hanging, furniture assembly, etc. • Under general supervision, perform journey level work in the painting, finishing, and maintaining of a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces and structures • Follow established practices regarding handling and disposal of hazardous materials • Operate and maintain all utilities systems, generators, and equipment in the facility • Complete operating logs, reports, and records required by federal, state, and local agencies as well as those requested by the OFJCC The Essentials: • Maintenance experience and/or trade school • Able to identify safety hazards and act accordingly • Familiarity with HVAC troubleshooting Apply online here:
