Park One Properties, Inc is a full-service real estate brokerage offering sales, leasing, and property management services within Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. Property management is the cornerstone of our client services. We manage around 700 units within our service area. Our management inventory includes a wide variety of residential and commercial properties including condominiums, single family homes, apartment buildings, retail strip centers, multi-tenant light industrial buildings, office buildings, etc. The success of our business is based on excellent customer service and over 50% of our new management business comes through referrals from existing clients. Job Summary: To work in our maintenance department and conduct miscellaneous tasks, repairs and odd jobs for our rental properties throughout the East Bay. Job Responsibilities and Task: Park One Properties, Inc is actively looking for a responsible, hard-working, and enthusiastic individual for our Maintenance Department. Employee reports directly to the Maintenance Manager. Work consists of, but not limited to gutter cleaning, basic repairs, minor landscaping, groundskeeping, minor paint and other basic jobs. The person working in this position will have the opportunity to shadow senior maintenance technicians and learn more handyman skills, which can ultimately transition to a higher level position within the company. Candidate in some instances should be able to work on his/her own without supervision. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: -Person is required to meet deadlines for work completion and be able to swiftly transition into different jobs as required. - Must be able to communicate well, have a working cell phone (text/email), and have a reliable method of transportation/valid driver's license (preferably a pickup truck). -Individual hired will also be responsible for purchasing materials and completing electronic work orders, so some administrative and technical skills are required. - Willingness and ability to work and travel throughout the East Bay.
