Chapman Construction, a custom residential and commercial builder based in Healdsburg and working throughout Sonoma and Napa counties is looking to hire a 1st Year Carpenter's Apprentice. No experience necessary. A clean driving record is a plus but not a requirement. This is a labor position that includes training in carpentry. Daily Duties (not a complete list): - Job site and shop clean up and organization - Hand excavation - Material hauling/moving - Dump runs - Support carpentry crew Requirements include but are not limited to a good work ethic, the ability to lift more than 60 pounds and work a physical job for 8 hours a day, the ability to follow directions and work as part of a team, reliable personal transportation to and from job sites, a good attitude and must be able to SHOW UP TO WORK EVERY DAY, ON TIME, READY TO WORK.
