I'm looking for the right person to fill a very important role as my right hand man with A LOT of potential for upward mobility. We've been in business for 10 years and we're ready to go to the next level and I want to help someone grow with us and eventually become an expert field manager. My goal is to have you out on your own in six months doing jobs on your own. We service a lot of the East Bay; carpet cleaning, window cleaning, tile and grout and some strip and waxing of floors. Every day is a lttle different and you'll love the variety of work so nothing gets stale. I will train you in everything I do to eventually take over all field operations. No experience is necessary. Nothing I do is that difficult, however you must be willing to work hard, be dependable, learn what it means to be a pro, and be willing to learn all the skills I provide and take lots of feedback. If you're willing to do all of this, there is LOTS of money to be made. I'm not just looking for a body. I'm looking for someone that can eventually take over field operations. Pay starts at $25 hr cash. But in all honesty, this is just the start. As you become more effiecient and become more skilled you will get raises. After 3 months you'll receive a $500 bonus. After that, the busier we are, you will also get bonuses. You'll work anywhere from 20 to 40 hours a week. If you're someone who thinks they can eventually work well on their own and get into to doing a great job and take real pride in the work you do then we will work great together and you can have a real future eventually taking over.
