Hello,
We are looking for full/part time handymen and painters for a maintenance company for work in San Francisco and East Bay. The total pay is $30 per hour and healthcare and benefits are included. While all the skills below are not required, our ideal candidates would have some experience in many of the skills outlined below.
- Patching and painting vacant apartments
- Installing vinyl plank flooring
- Measuring for and installing blinds
- Demo and hauling
- Basic plumbing for links like replacing vanities, p-traps, etc
- Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting etc.
- Caulking bathtubs
- Basic tile
- Cabinet repairs/installs
- Basic carpentry
Vehicles will not be provided, however, we will pay for employees gas and upkeep on their vehicles.
