Looking for housing for low rent, I can do $300 plus do chores/work around the house, help with dogs or caregiving/companionship. I'm a 24 year old trans guy so ideally someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly but other than that I look like a regular guy so as long as it doesn't matter that's fine. I'm a very clean, respectful and quiet person. I am also very friendly. I'm looking for a place somewhere close to Emeryville or Berkeley. Please let me know if you have or know of anything.
