Shower valve installation needed by reasonably priced plumber.

Please, no services that transfer me to a plumber or big companies. I want to deal directly with a licensed plumber who offers a reasonably priced quote. I have 3 things to do. 1) Remove a shower valve and install a external valve that I've purchased. (Access to the original valve is through the closet.) 2) Run a water line from under a sink to a refrigerator. 3) Fix a toilet where the float sticks. See pictures.
