We're looking to hire someone who can do the following for our Event and Production rentals: - Create, upload, and update venue listings on third-party platforms like Peerspace, Gigster, and Splacer, etc. - Find new platforms to list our venues on - Ensure all venues have accurate photos and are well stocked and ready for guests - Respond to rental inquiries from our website and from 3rd party platforms - Communicate the clients, accurately answer their questions, and help service their rental needs - Find ways to market each venue space to generate more business - Physically work on venues as needed to paint, change light bulbs, move furniture, sweep and clean This is a good people that like are good with their hands and also like to talk to people and help people. Experience with tools and handy work is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and must be willing to do physical work at times, including using ladders
